This is an excellent product with Magnesium Glycinate, which I've been using for at least two years. It's much easier for my body to absorb, with no adverse side effects that can result from other types of magnesium. I'm able to take two full doses of 400 mg a day. It helps me sleep and has made muscle cramps rare, which were once common. I expect to continue its use indefinitely.
