I used it as a grip for aerial silks and it was easy to use, good quality

Meets all my expectations, but arrived without any packaging, so I had a clear plastic bag full of suspicious looking off-white crystals sitting on my doorstep for a half a day.

I used rock rosin for the first time when I trained at a NYC aerial studio and I was surprised at how well the grip was. I was already trying to go from spray to the powder, but the powder still felt slippy... this was probably the best purchase in a long time. Cheaper than the commercial products, less waste with packaging and this will last a long while!

So this is a great product if you need to help your grip while using aerial silks. I have recommended this product to many people and they all love it. The only down side I have come across is that the manufacture has not gotten back to me when I asked if the product is gluten free. There are aerialist who need a gluten free product due to allergies are still left wondering what to use. I think we all wish we knew either way. I am waiting to see if we can get the product in for testing for gluten. If we can get a lab to do this for us I will update this review and let you all know. Who knows maybe the manufacture will chime in first.

Great rosin to use in a Rodin box at the dance studio. Keeps the pointe shoes from slipping on the wood floor.

Good rosin! The package arived on time. Nice variety of chunk sizes (instead of totally pulverized, which sometimes happens). My silks students were very pleased.

I have used rosin and beeswax for years to make my own wax for tying fishing flies. This stuff is a very clean product, with high "tack" when combined with beeswax and a little olive oil. Recently, my wife began using a sword in her belly dance routines. Dancers use various products/combinations of materials to rub onto the dull edge of the sword blade -helps it stay in place when balanced on top of the head while dancing. This order arrived quicker than anticipated - it will do the job, but this is supposed to be Rock Rosin, which it was until shipment it seems - it arrived in a Jiffy bag crushed into powder - maybe solid packing would have prevented this issue.
