Size up one size - strengthening and Correcting my feet!
Took the advice from the other review and went a size up. They fit perfectly. I also to heed about the reviews of you have curled up toes. Which I have the start of and have to see a foot specialist monthly for corns etc. I’m hoping these shoes will encourage my feet to go back to acting as they should in a more natural way. Also to undo an damage from wearing high heels etc. fingers crossed if they do I shall leave another review in a months or twos time. I’ve come back after 1 month of using these shoes now to add that my toe which was curled was initially experiencing discomfort. I keep with them for a day or two and gradually the discomfort got less and the toe started to straighten. I know after a month find my feet are starting to strengthen as a result and my balance in my feet has improved.

Some of the sole has noticeable glue. But in general I am very satisfied with the product, they’re comfortable, and they are helping me correct posture and feet positioning.
