The Mizuno wave inspire 16 women's running shoe is an all-round shoe for daily runs. The design allows for moderate stability and optimal comfort, which will make any run a fun one. The Mizuno wave technology in the sole of the shoe delivers a response to your movements, because it takes the downward step and returns an upward push to the foot. The wave also stabilizes the foot through its shape which does not allow for any wobbling movements. The sole is constructed with U4ic and U4icX technology, which is around 30% lighter than the ap+ technology, but does not loose anything in comfort or performance.

Brilliant running shoes
These trainers arrived in a couple of days as expected. I almost paid £125 in my local running shop for these before finding them for almost £50 less at Amazon. I'm a size 6 and normally buy a 7 in running shoes so purchased a 7 and they fit just as expected. I have used them numerous times already and they are really comfortable and supportive with good laces that don't come undone easily. I love the dark colour as they don't get dirty easy and the rose gold detail adds a nice touch.

Great running shoes
Great shoes. I over pronate and these help so much. I used to get so much pain in my knees and these help prevent that. Like running on clouds. I’ve used Mizuno wave inspire for the last 5 years and they are my go to trainer. Some models have been a bit hit and miss but these are great. Good price and cheapest I’ve found around. If you’re unsure try them. They offer great support

Comfortable and durable
Recently purchased my second pair after the first was retired after using these to run 500miles. Photos show new pair agains the old pair - as you see the shoes are very durable. Very comfortable too, not a single blister or injury during the use.

Not helped and more issues
Trainer themselves are ok. they are comfortable for general walking but they do not give me the support i need. if i could return them i would but they are not right for running in my opinion.

Pood durability and quality, would NOT recommend!
Got these running shoes at the end of February, run in them for two months, very comfortable at the start, shortly after holes appeared at the heel to an extent that 3 months in I can not use them anymore, plastic is exposted and rubs on my heal as I run. Lots of money for a very poor quality of a shoe!

Great fit
I’ve really struggled in finding a new pair of trainers. I have slightly wide feet. These fit really well. Not too narrow, not too big. I usually wear 6 in trainers and the 6 fits. In other brands I have to order 6.5 or 7 and they still don’t fit well so I’m really pleased with these.

Personally I find uncomfortable, but that's just me
I bought these on line having had the same shoe mizuno wave 14 in the same size. I just can't get on with them.
