Was delivered early and they even brought it into my living room! Definitely worth the price! Was a bit stiff but after being sat on for about a week, very comfortable. Recliners worth great. Color is a bit different than shown but believe it's the knap of the upholstery that causes it. Not a problem for me though.

The couches are very comfortable still has shape and form. shipping was very easy and True to Time. would recommend it to anybody looking for a recliner, loveseat big enough for three people and very sturdy and stable

Great loveseat. Stiff but supports lower back well so am happy.We ordered 2. One had to be sourced from another fulfillment center, then it's like they lost the order or never requested the second one, not sure. They took payment for both when they say they will take payment only once they ship. In the end, after chatting with customer service twice they did a replacement for the one that never came, and it was delivered when they said it would be.We ordered "inside door" delivery. Order that with each piece you buy. Very convenient.

Ashley furniture is the reason I bought this sofa. I bought this in Oct 27, 2022, and it is now 1 1/2 years old and three months after I bought it the seat on the right side began to sag. My adult son looked at it and didn't see anything wrong, but the fact is the seat leans to the left. I added a picture, and you can see how it leans to the left and when I sit on it, the cushion drops down about 4 inches.The sad part is that is my preferred area to sit for convenience. I haven't contacted anyone yet but need to see if at least there can be a repair or something. It is extremely uncomfortable. Footrest sucks but enough padding in armrests and back. It is beautiful to look at but under the makeup is a horror story. I would not recommend this sofa at any price. Used maybe, or sitting on the street I might consider it if I had nothing but not for what this sofa goes for. It was $858.47 when I bought it.Strangely my love seat which is Ashley is still in great condition and it is about 8 years old. That is why I trusted the name.

Between the delivery team and the actual couch itself I have to give an outstanding review. The couch is comfortable, the recline is a little stiff but I suspect that's because it's brand new. It arrived in great shape, and the delivery team took great care with it.

The sofa is great .the foot could use more padding but I hope I can add something to make thatMore comfortable.. delivery was another story ..2 men could not lift box 4” up into my house from the deck..they struggled and struggled..I said why not take it out of the box and carry the parts in..man said oh No… we do not unpack or put together. I said really . I read the reviews that delivery sets up and I can inspect before you leave, he said Nope Not us ..I said okay just leave I will do it myself, sad that a 75 year old woman has to get it in the house for you..so they left I broke open the box I got the 4 parts in the house and put it together..saved myself the tip I had ready to give them..pizza for dinner,lucky me..

I'm glad I bought this couch for what I need however you get what you pay for. Quality is less than a $500 price point. Comfort is fine on the back rest and cushions. For the arm rest and foot rest, you can feel the wood pieces. Like many other reviews, the back will not stay reclined when you move at all. And it was delivered damaged. (One of the back wood slats was broken.) The delivery guy assured me that it was not broken in route by him however there's really no way to know. The customer service for this was really great though. I called them immediately not wanting to accept a damaged product however they let me know they were currently out of stock and they could either take it back or they would give me $120 refund. I chose to accept the refund hoping I could repair the wood slat myself for much cheaper than buying a new $1,000 couch which I'm not ready for at this time. Overall it's a fine couch that will work for now.

Love the fabric upholstery. Seating is quite firm at first, but relaxes a bit with use...very pleased with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. We received this chair from a large transport truck. It wasn't in a box, only wrapped in plastic wrap. When the driver removed the wrap the left footrest came up and when we tried to get it to snap back closed, it wouldn't stay. It looked like the footrest was twisted. There were also 3-4 picks in the material on the left armrest. Very disappointed in this item, will probably not order furniture again online.
