Great Starter Phone for Kids , No WIFI Access!
I bought this phone knowing exactly what it could (and couldn’t) do, and it delivered. My nephew needed a phone, but my sister and brother-in-law didn’t want him having internet access yet. This phone was perfect for that. It doesn’t have Wi-Fi, and I paired it with a Tello SIM card that only includes talk and text — no data. (Just a heads-up: the SIM does have a tiny bit of data for activation, but it disappears once used.) So now he can call and text, but he can’t even open the cloud browser, which is exactly what we wanted. The phone itself looks great, the color is really nice, and it has a more modern feel than typical flip phones. Each button has its own letter, so kids don’t have to deal with multi-tap texting like we did. It’s compact but well-sized for younger users. If they ever decide to upgrade his SIM to include data, he’ll be able to access apps like TikTok and browse the internet. For now, though, my sister’s relieved he doesn’t have that access, he’s still too young. One thing to note: the first phone I received had a quality issue, the buttons started falling off one by one. I got a replacement, and so far it’s been holding up well over the past few weeks.

DON'T BUY AND IF YOU'RE IN THE USA
I was unable to connect this phone to a cellular company. The united states that it will be able to connect and I checked all of the cellular companies. They didn't even recognize the phone.

Good dumb phone but stupid software!
I love the way it feels and responds physically! The keys do not double tap the hinge works great and U can use it flat like a smart-lASS phone or bend it and use it like a regular flip phone, and the screen is big enough to read and manage it. I am only giving it three stars because it puts all the texts in the same list, and the menu to navigate from the contact to text is cumbersome and idiotic. I primarily got it to talk and text. BUT it dose not organize the texts from a contact in order. ALL the texts go in the same list one after as they came in. That is not dumb it is stupid! Every other dumb phone I have had puts the texts from a contact together in there own list. What is the point of developing fantastic hardware and then programing it idiotic software so that can not even begin to compete with dumb phones from 25 years ago???

Works well for what it is. Simple phone
Works well for what it is. It's simple and easy. Works fine with tmobile. Anyone that can't get it to work is doing something wrong. Got this for my sons first phone. Didn't want to get him full blown smart phone just yet and this fits the bill. He can call and text which is what it does. Just be aware it's only 4g and cannot connect to wifi for internet . If you are looking for a simple call and text phone for your kid this works fine.

Good Enough
Got this for the wife who wanted a basic non-WIFI, non-IOS/Android phone with call/text capabilities and a chicklet style keyboard. This phone does all that. Speaker works fine. Phone uses data but she does not use the built in apps. Phone was very easy to activate but wish it was not limited to T-Mobile compatible networks (we use Tello for cheap unlimited call/text and minimum data) OS is very basic. User manual is mostly useless. Finding and changing settings is awkward. Cannot (or have not figured out how to) change default ringtone or text notification sound. OS is version 1.0 and and hope it will get an update to address usability issues along with an improved user manual. Bottom line is the phone is well built at a reasonable price point. It does what it needs to do but could be more user friendly.

No web browsing it doesn't work, apps don't work, keys to small to text, not with 80.00
You can't use the web browser it says **not enough memory** the one they sent me has a problem charging up the battery, it kept losing calls! The keypad buttons are so small! You'll be smashing 3 to 4 buttons at a time! It's def not with nearly !!80.00 I returned it in immaculate condition! But Amzon are funny all together as a company! My first return no troubles now this one I have to wait up to 30 days for credit to buying something else!! smh even though they sent me a defective phone! Bad business on their end! They have to do better. This is the second phone they sent me defective!!

2008 Is So Back
I love this dumb phone. It is exactly what it says on the tin: You can make calls, you can send messages, and...that's it. Listen, I adored 2008 – and I am glad that it’s SO back. Even if the functionality is pretty basic (and beware clicking on things you don’t recognize – you may lock your SIM card like I did!), there is still a cloud function which hosts some up-to-date apps, like TikTok, 2048, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, and Insta Reels. I specifically didn’t want those, so I ignore them. But it’s nice to know they’re there if/when you want them. The quality of the phone itself is solid. Beware even the smallest drop, though. I accidentally boffed it about a foot off the ground, and a few small lines of dead pixels (but not cracks!) have formed on my screen. The phone is lightweight, but solid. The phone charges and connects through a USB-C; no idea the compatibility with Apple or Windows products, but I suspect it’ll be fine. Despite the low price, the sound quality is wonderful! If, like me, you are scrolling r/DigitalMinimalism, bemoaning the phones of yore, do yourself a favor and pick up the Unnecto Snap.
