Great purchase!
I ordered this hat on a Friday and received it on the following Monday. Due to some reviews saying the lettering was small I requested that the font be as large as possible since the name I needed was so short. They capitalized all the letters so it read nice and big. I don't know how other names would look in caps but for CHEF BILL it worked. It looks GREAT!!!! I am SO happy with this purchase. Giving it as a Christmas present along with cookbooks, might even order one for myself!

What can you say about Perfection???
Ordered on Sunday evening and it was here on Wednesday! The embroidery was perfect and was a gift for my hubby's boss who's last day was Friday. He LOVED it! And what??? A Bonus apron???? Are you kidding me? WOW!!! I kept the apron as I really needed it. You guys are great! There is a place to personalize your order and all went perfect! Thanks!

It's all in the delivery...
Initially I was very pleased with the timely response from this company as they sought info on what I wanted personalized on my order. Then things went quiet. Unable to track my package, a gift I ordered for an anniversary, and a few missed delivery deadlines took all the punch out of my gift. The stitching was satisfactory, the hats were of good quality. I would have hit 4 stars but when a product doesn't show up, I hope for more proactive contact from a company.

Great gift idea!
Shipped so AMAZINGLY FAST, that when I received notification of shipment, I had to inquire to see if it was an accident. Nope, it seriously shipped within the hour. The embroidery looks very nice, crisp and bright. Definitely request the SIZE of font you want if you are worried about the print being too small. Hat fits very well, velcro adjustable, is nice and stiff so you can stand it up or flop over to the side for style or add pins for flair, and something about having your name printed on the side of you very own chef hat makes cooking much more fun.
