Hardened and Caked soup sachets. Black and rancid soup.

I had ordered two packets of 4 sachets each. Upon opening the packets I found that the soup powder sachets had completely caked and hardened. When hot water was added to the caked powder the tomato soup was black in color and sour and acidic to taste. It appears that moisture had entered the sachets and made soup rancid. Bad experience.

Product was badly stored

This my first Order for Batchelors Cup of Soup. Ordered 1 pack of 4 satchets. When I opened the first satchet, I found the contents were stale, caked and hardened. Had blackmarkings. Expiry on carton was 20-12.
