Glycine Powder - 500g USP BP Grade

This is nice stuff and good for the price in comparison to other brands. Tastes like sugar so I put it in with my teas in my water bottle. Dissolves when i give it a good shake. Would highly recommend to those with a sweet tooth but don't want sugar. When I read up on the benifits of this amino acid I was amazed! Google it and you will be too. Being Vegan I probably need a little boost in it as well. Highly recomended.

I take this at night to help with sleep, but it's an amino acid that provides many health benefits, too numerous to mention here. This is excellent powder and good value. It has a sweet taste.

Someone said it is not sweet, or tastes nasty. Not for me, tastes quite sweet, surprisingly. Taking it before bed to help me sleep

I read that this was a sweet protein powder and thought it could go into my coffee but it is not very sweet and not that good in coffee. So it gets stirred into porridge and foods instead.
