Excellent book, Dr. Fife! Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down! Knowing how a Keto diet affects literally every function of the body is priceless. His writing style and ability to explain everything in layman's terms makes understanding the connection between health and diet so much easier to follow. Informative. I am reading food labels more carefully now. Food industry loves to poison us slowly and prescribed drugs only allow you to manage the symptoms which create more problems allowing them to prescribe more drugs. I am not going to expand on that but big pharma does not make money from healthy people.

This book is fantastic. The amount of knowledge he imparts is unbelievable. One of the other reviewers said it was so boring. Ridiculous! Absolutely amazing. I cannot believe how much I didn't know about what was good or bad for your eyes. Lots of excellent news & ideas for eye-problem sufferers! I have a macular hole in one eye & PVD in the other one, as well as other eye problems. I have 'seen' results from the advice on coconut oil & water: my surgery to repair the hole has been cancelled owing to the fact that the hole has shrunk! Still haven't finished reading it but I'm very impressed & highly recommend reading this book :)
