I bought this product to help me with sleep. I tried lot of products but not many work. This one helps me fall asleep but keep waking up. It tastes nice and is easy to use. I did not notice any side effects.

I had these ordered as a replacement for my normal bedtime gummies. & honestly absolute waste of money. They don’t help me at all & I have not slept properly during the nights I have taken them. It’s currently 5am & I have tosses & turned all night trying to fall asleep. I shall never again order this brand of bedtime gummies & will hope my normal brand is back in stock again soon. Only possible good thing about them is they don’t taste awful. But that’s all the positive I can say about them. Save your money, look for something better
