Gentle softener, no breakage, hair still looks natural; just stretched, not straight
This texturizer has shortened our wash days from 4 to 2 hours. Girl's hair coils like a pen spring, and tangles just because, now she wears 2 ponytails with Very little tanglement. The mild detangle process reaps NO screaming and crying, and I LOVE it that my babies hair isn't straight; it still looks natural. Big girl's hair isn't as coily as lil sis; just curly and wavy. She straightens her hair with just a straightening brush now, instead of blowdrying 1st. her ponytail doesn't look like a Halloween pumpkin is inside; and no longer requires 3 hair bands; just 1. Terrible product.
This was the worst texturizer I ever tried. It made my hair dry, brittle and stiff. I don't know why this happened I followed the directions. I have been sporting my natural Afro hair for past 10 years after I cut off my dreadlocks. However, I have been looking for a old school type Afto Blow Out product and thought this was similar. But, it wasn't abd didn't change my very coarse hair texture to a softer more manageable texture as I had hoped. Instead, I got stiff, dry and brittle hair once it air dried. I will never buy this again and I don't recommend it for coarse like mine.

I give this a 4 my hair is type 4 and this product loosened up my curls and more easy to manage. But me personally is GREATFUL because now I don’t have hair coming out when I do my hair. That’s why I used this because it was super hard to comb but now it’s way easier !
