I’ve been taking iwi Omega-3 (plant-based) for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! I love that it’s made from algae instead of fish oil, so there’s no fishy aftertaste and it’s completely vegan-friendly. Iv been buying this for awhile for me and my teenage and so far I think it helps with the brain foggyness.

Many vegan omegas have an odd or “fishy” taste. This one does not and has a minty taste that makes it so much more tolerable. Easy to swallow capsules as well. Love this product and will definitely be repurchasing!

This is the most foul smelling supplement I’ve ever smelt. I’m not sure if storage in the warehouse is too hot or what, but whatever was delivered to my house literally smelt like the floor of a public restroom or like someone used it as toilet paper— like actual rotten urine and fecal matter. I’ve used this brand before and it did NOT smell like this. I broke a capsule open out of curiosity and it was literally black and sticky . It was absolutely nauseating. I’m upset I can’t return this; I had previously trusted this brand. So disappointed.

Great packaging ( to start) ;-) Perfect size capsules that are easy for me to swallow. I get my omega 3 boost while being environmentally and budget friendly! I have been taking one everyday with my other daily vitamins and supplements and it’s the perfect addition to my daily self-care routine. I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I started taking these every morning to add to my vitamin regimen and they actually made me feel way better. My hair also started coming back, so I’m a big fan of them. They’re a little big to swallow though.

I love how easy this product is to take. It’s made from algae and not fish, so no fish burps. Overall I really like this product. Must try!
