Packaging is very good. You can go for it, if you are tight on budget.

The book seems to be second-hand. The condition is okay but not worth that much money

Good concept clarifying
It is good book for a starter in AI. it has many new concepts discussed and theory is nice and lucid. Would recommend to a starter. Only negative point is that no practice examples/exercises mentioned in it.
