Avalon Organics Shampoo Rosemary, 11 oz

My scalp is sensitive and I'm allergic to any product with sodium-laureth-sulfate as an ingredient. This shampoo has some sodium compounds in it, but I can tolerate it much better. I love the fragrance. I love that it leaves my hair wonderfully clean, manageable, and healthy looking.

I like the fragrance and the volumizing effect of this shampoo.

I have been using this shampoo for a while now. Not sure if it has really helped me or not. It sure does make may hair feel rough during shower so I use a different brand product. Which the combination has really made my hair smooth.Hair feels pretty clean after wash. I am going to buy it again just because of the “Rosemary “ has gained so much votes for natural hair treatment. It definitely hasn’t adversely affected my hair and scalp . Worth the try.

This shampoo lathers up good and it doesn't take much. However, when I first began using it I noticed that it lathered up differently than what I was accustomed to. To try to further explain, I was used to dumping a handfull of shampoo on my head and getting that more "slippery" or "sudsy" lather. This shampoo is more of a "clean" lather for lack of a better word to describe it, but it is not watery at all. The rosemary fragrance is wonderfull! Not too powerfull and not too weak. It is a pleasant experience to smell while washing your hair but it doesn't stay with you like some kind of rosemary perfume cloud. I also buy the conditioner and absolutley love it! It isn't watery either but again it isn't necessary to glob your hair with it like other conditioners. I have used a lot of expensive name brand shampoos and I have used the cheap kind, trying to find one that didn't make my hair too dry, too greasy or strip my hair. I like this way better! I definately recommend Avalon shampoo and conditioner!

Gentle shampoo, works great for my hair without harsh chemicals.

So i have spent hundreds probably up to the thousands on hair products for my beaten and bruised hair. i have bleached and dyed and stripped my hair several times to the point where it was just greasy all the time no matter what product i used. i decided after researching that have many short haircuts that if i was wanting to grow my hair out i would need to start using organic shampoos. so i tried this one. I loved the smell however it made my scalp so itchy it was unbearable, and really dried my hair out even more. for anyone who has weak damaged hair or color treated hair do not use!!!! whatever items i buy i have my mom try as well because she has natural long hair and she did not like this product either. Now i started using a sulfate free shampoo called hair one with olive oil. Its amazing my hair is as smooth as it use to be when i was younger before i got a hold of hair dye and bleach!!

Best product.. great aroma of rosemary.. good for hair and reduces hairfall... i was buying it in usa. In india amazon is the first site to ship it. but took long time (3~4 weeks) to get shipped from usa to banglore

Ein Duft: wie im Kräutergarten. Zudem ist das Shampoo gesund: keine Sulfate, keine GMOs. Wer trotzdem ein schlechtes Gewissen braucht: Der Import aus den USA ist nicht gerade klimafreundlich...

Este shampoo lo llevo usando desde hace años, es verdad que deja el cabello un poco reseco pero a diferencia de otras marcas, es completamente natural y cuida de las raíces del cabello, ayudando a que no te queden grasosas. También note que mi cabello tiene mejor volumen y se ve mas nutrido, y tambien ayuda a que no se te caiga el cabello (mas fuerte). Recomiendo este shampoo a cualquiera que quiera cuidar su melena y cuidarla. El vendedor es muy atento y cordial.

J'adore ce produit!!!! élimine parfaitement la graisse sur les cheveux et apaise le cuir chevelu. Il sent très bon, après le bain la salle de bain sent plein bouquet de romarin. j'ai que du plaisir en utilisant ce produit. Je recommande fortement.
