Disappointing.
This could have been a great book, but there is no real explanation of the differences between then and now, eg, a picture of the outside of an outhouse and a picture the inside of a full bathroom. Picture wise they should have shown the inside of the outhouse in comparison. On the kitchen section, rather than just a picture of a Woodstove and a picture of an electric stove with the statement that then people had wood stoves and now we have electric or gas, I wanted some text regarding what was involved in using a wood stove. This book is rather worthless in actually teaching a child about any real differences between then and now.

It's a pamphlet
Very disappointing. It really is nothing more than a paper pamphlet. Thought the content was going to be much more detailed. The Conclusion...what conclusion?
