These bars are delicious. They do not have the protein taste to them. They taste more like a snickers bar. They are filling and satisfying. They are a bit pricey but better to buy on amazon than at gas stations. As a diabetic, I worry about sugar levels or what foods will cause my sugar level to rise. These bars do not cause any issues with my sugar level. They are very good chilled in the fridge for a few hours as well. They will melt easily in a warm car. Shipping is fantastic and puts a cool pack in a little cooler bag to keep them from melting.
