Disappointed with Product and after Sales Support.
Disappointed with Product & After-Sales Service We purchased the Usha iron 6 months ago, and it has already stopped working. Despite the product claiming a 2-year warranty, the service experience has been extremely disappointing. When we reached out for support, we were told that since the product was bought online, they “can’t help much.” The technical agent who visited was rude and left without offering any resolution. It's clear that the warranty is more of a gimmick than a genuine support policy. Strongly advise against buying this product — and reconsider purchasing from Amazon if proper after-sales service cannot be ensured for items sold on the platform.
