Modd i360Move Robot Vacuum Cleaner Powerful Suction, Infrared Sensor Anti Drop, Works for Hard Floor and Carpet

The media could not be loaded. This is my first Robot Vacuum. Comparing to those over $500, at this price I did not expect a much SMART tool. After used it for several times recently, I am surprised to see it works very well. First, it cleans up the room well. It may not clean 100% of the space, but can find most of spots that need to work on. Sometime it is slow especially when having something block it's way, but it can eventually find its way out. The robot vacuum can identify wall or other staff that blocks its way, and will slow down before hitting on the it. Second, it always finds it's way home/charger successfully. At first I thought the robot remember the way to charger. It turns out the charger station keeps releasing some signals. The robot vacuum follows the signals and find the way home, even there is something block it's way. To make it more difficult, I moved the charger to another place in the meanwhile of homing, and the robot can adjust it's designation and find the charger eventually, even when the charger is in the middle of a room.There are four working modes and can be used to clean a small area, or work automatically for the whole space. I usually use the mode 3 to let it work on itself. A friend reminded me that the robot may fall off the stairs if use to clean the hallway. I tried the vacuum on my hallway, and stood on the stairs nervously and got ready to catch the robot if it falls off, but found that the smart thing can find the edge of the floor, and made turns before falling off.It works on both hard floor and carpet. Cleaning it is much easy. All the dust are stored in a small box and dust can be dump to trash can.

I don’t need to bend down any more to make sure the floor is spotless with my little vacuum cleaner. The price, suction power and running time met my major criteria. It easily moves from tile, wood to carpet floors and it's quiet.It will slow down when approaching barriers and never hits the edge unless I choose “edge cleaning”; it always finds the charging base before the charge runs out (and it takes some stupid long walks to get home, sometimes). I do have to make a walk around the area to move chairs/ cabinets and charging cables around when I want it to clean the areas beneath and the edges. Being that this is a "dumb" robot vac, it will cover some areas three or four times while missing others. For another several hundred dollars you can get a better programmed vac, but this one is enough for me.

Loved it for the two weeks it worked. I will definitely buy another robo vacuum, just not this brand.

I'm giving 3 stars because I definitely love this vacuum, it works well woth getting everything up. However, I've had this vacuum for less than a year and a gear in the wheel broke, so the vacuum wont move. I've searched everywhere for the plastic gear and no one has it. I've tried to get in touch with the company with no luck.

Intend to buy an affordable robotic vaccum to auto clean my rooms for a long time, and this cleaner is right the one I need. It has strong power to suck small scraps and tiny dirt all over the place. Infrared technology is used to avoid collision with obstacles or fall of sharp edge. And the navigation capability is smart enough to clean hard hidden places like bottom of bed or low furnitures easily. The most amazing feature is it can go to the charge base by itself to recharge power when the battery runs low. This looks like a primary AI machine which can take care of its own life. It has no problem for the machine to run over 1 hour continuously with little noise. I also like the solid smooth body with beautiful champagne color very much. Awesome robot worth the price!

Terrible battery life.Everytime I push the on button for it to start cleaning it says it is restarting!?Noisy.

Overall, I am satisfied with the product. This is my first robot vacuum and was researching the various brands available at a price I could afford. It does a great job. The dual side brushes and large dust bin are a plus. It transitions from tile to low pile carpet easily. The Dust Bin is easy to access and empty. Also, the Dust Bin is easy to clean, and it can be washed with water. The Brush Roller is also easy to access and clean. The noise level is not too bad.The robot does a good job returning to the Charging Dock. After a couple of weeks, I relocated the Charging Dock to a more open area, this location works better. You may need to experiment with the location.Instruction manual could use improvement. It is obvious that English is not the primary language of the writers. I am still trying to figure out how to use the Remote Control for things such as “Spot Cleaning” and “Return to Charge”. Some short videos on using the remote control would be helpful.The product does not have a mapping option, nor does it have capabilities to block areas. These features were not a major factor in my purchase. It also does not have wi-fi or phone app abilities.

No Customer Support! Our i360 bot left wheel gets "wheel overload" message. Tried calling Cecibon Inc toll free number as listed in Warranty Agreement but answering system provided advertising messages only and no access to i360Move Customer Support or operator. Emails were not answered.According to manual defective unit must be returned bot to authorize service center (Cecibon Inc) at owner's expense and wait for their determination as to whether it meets their warranty guide lines. If it does they may repair it or replace it.Don't trust sending the unit for repair since it may cost more money to get it back from the service center. I assume if it does not meet their warranty guidelines then you’ll have to pay them to repair the bot. No access to replacement parts information found or provided by seller.The i360Move has each wheel with their own motor and gears. The "wheel overload" message may be caused by the left wheel motor and gear assembly.
