The Fall Guy (2024) - Extended Cut 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital

Llego muy bien protegido en el slipcover, el cual es de buena calidad y textura. La imagen es una buena mejora desde el disco blu-ray, mejorando en nitidez, saturación del color, brillo de los blancos y profundidad de los negros. El efecto HDR10 mejora este apartado. El audio en inglés Dolby Atmos es muy bueno y correcto, sin distorsiones en los diálogos o sonido ambiental. El código digital es válido solo para USA.

(This review is not a slight; it’s a heads up.) Well, the great news is I did receive what I ordered, and it’s always awesome when that happens. And this DVD pack comes with three discs, so chances are good that you’ll be able to view one of them at home. I haven’t bought physical DVDs in a while, so I’m out of practice with how tech is changing. But basically my goal was to buy the extended cut of this movie; that’s all I wanted. And I now have that extended cut… but it doesn’t play on my device, because the extended cut is on a 4K ultra HD BluRay disc that only plays on an ultra HD BluRay player. So if you have one of those (and I’m sure many people do), then you’re good. I’m a Flintstone, so I unfortunately do not. To add hilarious salt to the wound, the regular BluRay disc in this DVD pack is *not* the extended cut. It’s the theatrical version of the movie. So to recap… all I wanted was the extended cut. And for whatever reason, instead of making that extended cut available on all discs (and not requiring special devices to view them, which I discovered reading the tiny print that says “for use only with ultra HD BluRay player” on the circular edge of the disc) (picture #2), I now have discs that I can’t view until I buy a new player. Now, I do have the theatrical release, so that’s something! And I do really like the movie. But it’s literally not why I made this purchase, especially since this can be bought on streaming (Prime, Apple TV, etc). I first saw this movie on Peacock during the summer Olympics and they only offered the extended cut, so I saw it that way first; watching the movie at a later date on a different streamer had me wondering why some scenes were missing. So anywho. $26 later, extended cut is only for the ultra HD BluRay folks. Just figured I’d offer that heads up. It’s a good movie and the discs arrived very quickly. Edited to add: I just checked the digital download and it’s also only the theatrical release. So that’s just quite a bummer. Not sure why there were such huge letters on this case says extended release if three of the four discs/downloads don’t have it. Edit: Ok I’m going to return this, but I still think it’s great to purchase from this seller, so long as you have the right device to play it on!

No se porque la "crítica" profesional la califico tan injustamente, es una película divertida, mucha acción y muestra los talentos de Ryan Gosling para la actuación y comedia, vale cada centavo esta película
