A first for me. Who knew? Elk!

Very greasy, great flavor though, won't buy again

If any product I've purchased this year deserved a glowing review, it's this one. The ground Elk was fantastic. The packaging was perfect for delivery in these 90 degree days we're having. Not only was the Elk still frozen solid, so the the block ice packing. I wanted to try the Elk first before spending any money on the Venison. Trust me, zero doubt I'm buying the Venison next.

Thought I would try another seller of Elk meat because of my wondering mind about the other taste. What a big difference in taste and texture of this Elk meat. Normally I purchase Elk meat from “Jacksonhole” but , just to note the difference by location there is a big change in flavor and texture in my opinion. Amazing!

My wife made burgers from this and it was great. I ate three and I don't eat that many burgers. It was that good.

Waste of money. Spoiled and poorly packed. Leaking blood from packs. HEALTH HAZARD!

Elk meat was awesome my guest enjoyed very much will do again in the future thank you

Be SURE to weigh your packages. I ate some of the meat but felt it wasn't a full pound (16 oz). Every one of my remaining 1 lb packages was less than 16 oz, some by almost a full ounce! Very disappointing - and illegal. Too bad, the meat shipped well and tasted good.
