Having purchased several other brands of silicone bags, this brand stands out as far superior in mainly the quality of the closing/opening seal. These last almost forever and if you can buy them on sale they can be reasonable value.

Primarily use this item to cook salmon In the oven . Works extremely well and takes about 20 minutes for a chunk of salmon. Very easy to clean both by hand and in the dishwasher. We place it on an older dirty oven tray so suggest using a piece of parchment paper to prevent marking on the outside of this item. The website cautions not to turn it inside out in the dishwasher and I don't think this is well enough displayed that most people would read it. I think this item is a bit pricey but it is well made and very functional. The sealing functionality seems to be more convenient than the competition

Got this to try the sous vide setting on my instant pot. This worked very well for me.

Made from thick, flexible silicone and keeps its seal. It is reusable, perfect for storing and freezing food. When empty, it lies flat, occupying minimal cabinet space.
