My 2001 Mustang GT's factory key fob went south, so I ordered this pair of Big-Autoparts key fobs. Don't let the low price fool you. The build quality is good enough, the programming instructions are clear, and the performance is flawless. I wish all automotive fixes were this cheap and easy.

worked great. 1) buckel driver seatbelt 2)close all doors except driver 3) hit unlock on driver door then close 4) turn key from off to on 8times really fast. Leave in ON position and listen for door to lock/unlock 5)hit any key on fob and listen for door to lock/unlock 6) turn key back to off position listen for door to lock/unlock. All done within 1 minute. good luck

My last remote entries fell off keychain from being old I watched a quick YouTube video on programming I just had to turn my key in recognition to the star position seven times and then on the eighth time turn it almost to start and one controller at a time push lock and unlock works great

Identical to the Original Equipment's. The buttons are raised and more sensitive than my OE set though. They will tend to get pressed by my keys and engage. (Usually the panic, but the trunk a few times) It's not that often but even once is more than my originals. The water resistance is not as good since my OEs were molded silicon and well insulated. I don't think they will fail though as long as they are not saturated. The images are wearing off the buttons more so than my originals which I used for years. However, they work...and two sets for way less that you would ever get an OE set for. I'll accept the tradeoffs.

I got these for my old Crown Vic police interceptor. After I got the factory keyless entry enabled on the car, and set it to program the remotes, both remotes connected immediately. I see some negative comments about range. I find these to have great range. I can activate from across the parking lot. The only complaint I have found so far is the trunk release button is too easy to press while in my pocket and pop the trunk. If you need replacement ford remotes. You can not beat these, especially for the price.

I followed directions and it “ connected” . It stayed connected all day, I went out the next morning and it wasn’t connected. Now I have to randomly “ re-connect” it frequently. ( I even changed the battery- didn’t help) It continues to need “ reconnected” all the time.
