Winged Water Walkers - Swim Training Fins

These duplicate what my aquatic physical therapist had me use in the clinic's pool. They work well for continuation of prescribed exercises at a fitness center's pool. They increase the resistance while doing leg strengthening exercises in water. I used them for 4 weekly session at the clinic, and for 3 weekly session at the fitness center so far. They are sturdy enough for heavy use at the clinic, and I'm sure my set will last a long time.

This makes awater workout more fun and intense. A well constructed item that is easy to use and more fun than a kickboard!

I've been using these for 10 years. They are great - provide a real challenge during water aerobic classes or just jogging in the pool. A wonderful way to strengthen legs muscles and they are fun.

I love this training fins. Be sure to use as directed with a bouyancy belt -- great workout!

Horrible product. Shipping took forever.

I really wanted to love these. They do provide significantly more resistance than without. But they are such a pain to put on. Coming off I s no problem--the Velcro self-releases after a few minutes in the water. I have to wear thick socks to use these without the straps cutting into my skin and then the straps won't stay on. I spent way too much on these to not be able to use them. I do not have a large foot, either.

Use them as an elliptical leg exercise in the water. I sit in my float and exercise for an hour. Perfect.

I was very excited to use this product but after only 4 uses they broke apart and became unusable.
