These are totally junk , ineffective and fake...just like fillers and no actual beta glucans in the capsules.

I cannot recommend this highly enough. I ordered this on Sunday, October 14th, received it Tuesday, the 16th. I was able to work on Thursday night, the 18th. I deliver 🍕 and such. On Sunday, I had started to feel something coming on and ordered this quickly. Monday was when I had the digestive issues of the flu, general flu stuff. I had upped my oil of oregano intake on Sunday. I started feeling stuffiness in my head and on Tuesday, I drove down to the mailbox and retrieved this. I immediately took a double dose and another dose at night and morning and night on Wednesday, when I was too achy sore and tired to work. By Thursday I knew I couldn't take another day off, but, I felt well enough to work if not at 💯,after about 4 hours, I was very sore and losing concentration. Today is Friday the 19th and my day off. I'm still not at 💯 but, ordinarily, I would still being down and out right now. I suffer from an autoimmune condition, so getting colds is not unusual for me I usually get the flu one or two times a season. I, also Almost 100% of the time end up with an ear infection and strep throat along with bronchitis when I do get the flu. None of that happened with using beta glucan. I am so happy with this product and will use this every day for the rest of my life! I know I'm healthier than last season as I am now living a keto lifestyle, that doesn't diminish the fact that this is a miracle & my dependency on big pharma is dwindling more and more the better I take care of myself.
