Q: Can you inflate with an external pump? (In a no electricity campsite)

If you have a vehicle nearby you can use a DC to AC inverter and extension cord to inflate airbeds at campsites. It works very well. Inverters are pretty inexpensive, usually $20-25 for one that will do this.

Q: Has anyone purchased the "queen" only to find out its not at all thw size its supposed to be and instead is a full? Is this normal?

Yes, mine is larger than a twin but smaller than a queen, closer to full size dimensions but it was in a box that said queen with queen dimensions. Not happy!

Q: How large is it when deflated? Does it fit back into the box it comes in?

Will fit into box it came in, challenging to get it back into the cloth bag it came with. Not a problem for us as we just store it in the box or plastic bag. Love this mattress and recommend it
