I've been buying this for years now and it's the only one I'll buy. I originally heard about it from Dr. Angela Stanton as a supplement for reducing migraines. My neck gets super tight from sitting at the computer all day, which often gives me headaches. I notice right away if I've stopped taking my usual dose as those headaches start to creep back in. My migraines are SOO much better now after taking this and following Dr. Stanton. I keep several bottles on hand so I don't run out as this is the only magnesium that doesn't upset my stomach.

I really like that there are four different types of magnesium in each capsule and that I can take one capsule four times a day to spread out the amount I’m getting throughout the day. I use magnesium as a preventative for migraines so spreading it out helps a lot. I took away one star for the price.

I found this supplement while researching help for reducing migraines. It definitely helped the severity of my migraines when taken regularly. It is also one of the only magnesium supplements that I have found that does not give me digestion issues - so I am able to take a therapeutic amount without adding a new side effect! I have been using this supplement since 2017. It has decreased the frequency and severity of my chronic migraines along with a low carb diet. No stomach upset with this brand and allows for a more restful sleep. Great communication from company as well.

I have tried several magnesium supplements to reduce migraines. This has definitely been the most effective. It also made a difference in my sleep quality - which is welcome! My spouse has also started taking it to stop leg cramps.
