I have been using this gum for probably decades now, my mom got me to try it. I floss my teeth after a meal and then I chew a piece for about ten minutes to get the rest of the food particles out of my mouth. I read an article that said not to chew gum for too long as it is not good for the teeth or the jaw muscles. I highly recommend buying this gum it is perfect and helps with bad breath. I was buying it from Smart&Final, now I buy it here on Amazon.

I like the taste of peppermint in the Dentyne Ice gum. After eating something, it gives you a quick refreshing taste.

I bought this product because I am weening myself off nicotine gum. The flavor is full, last about 15 minutes & I REALLY appreciate that it is sugar free. I have bought more. It is a great substitute it you are a former smoker
