You could but why?, this cleaner is for cleaning dust and grease off brake parts before reassembly after new pads, disc,s calipers or linings and drums. It is also a good general degreaser with many uses.

No, this is a very powerful solvent for cleaning and degreasing. Totally in-oily, can clean an engine block ready for paint!!

Can I use this on my mtb discs?

It is absolutely fine for any disc or drum brake, Its a good all round degreaser but dont use on plastics.
