Good, Quality Case
My first impression of this case it that it is of good quality for the price and should perform well. It’s about as thin and soft as I would like a case to be for the sake of protection, and does not add much bulk to the phone. A big concern with phone cases now seems to be their ability, or lack thereof, to slide out of your hand or across surfaces. I don’t see either being an issue with this case. The three different textures on the back provide it with simple style. The main portion of the case has a smooth texture, but still provides a slight bit of roughness. The very bottom portion has a carbon fiber appearance, and also isn’t completely smooth/glossy. The top portion was my greatest concern as it looked to be composed of ridges. I like how this looked, but in practicality, I was concerned it would regularly trap dirt and other debris and would be hard to clean. That has not been an issue, and the area between the ridges is shallow enough and the ridges are spaced far enough apart to make cleaning easy. One of my concerns with this case is the buttons. I’ve never had a phone case where the buttons on the case are not completely attached to the case, as they are in this model. The buttons are only attached to the case at the top and bottom of the button, relative to the case if you are holding it vertically, allowing for open space along the sides of the buttons (photo). My first concern with this is that the plastic strips holding the buttons on will eventually give out, causing the buttons to fall off. My second concern is that this allows for dust and other small debris to catch in these openings and get down into the buttons of the phone. I’m not sure how big of a deal the latter will be given the Pixel 3 is supposed to be dust resistant to a certain extent. Also, it's not the easiest to distinguish between the volume up and down buttons if you're blindly trying to press them, but this hasn't been too big of a deal.

Slim, High-Quality, & Durable
I have had this case on my phone for over 2 years and my Pixel 3 and the case itself remain undamaged. I do not use a tempered glass screen cover or any protection other than the Spigen rugged armor case. The case still fits mostly snug on my phone. What I like about this case: It doesn't add a lot of size or weight to the phone. The TPU material is durable and provides decent grip. It's a semi-hard material that slides out of my pocket easily. I can confirm that the "air cushion technology" (the hollowed out sections in the corners of the case) seem to add a lot of protection. In the few drops I've had, the phone (and case) have taken impact admirably with zero noticeable damage. The case makes the phone feel so solid, that I naturally plop my phone down on hard surface like concrete or granite countertops - something you just don't do with a naked glass Pixel 3. The rugged armor series from Spigen seems to be the perfect compromise of slim form, material, and protection. It's time to upgrade my phone even though I don't need to since it's in pristine condition. When I do, I will be getting another one of these cases.

Feels great, good fit to the phone. Seems like it will offer good protection.
This case feels good in the hand. It feels a little bit like rubber, but it's not sticky like most rubber is. It's still easy to grip with one hand, and I don't feel like I'm going to drop it. The case has cutouts for the USB-C port, fingerprint sensor, camera/flash, and a hole on the top of the phone (microphone?), but covers the power and volume buttons with the same rubber-like material. The fingerprint cutout has a nice bezel around it, so it's easy to slide your fingerprint for authentication, and makes finding the fingerprint sensor easy without looking. The camera/flash also has a slight bezel around the cutout, leaving the lens well protected if you set the phone down on a flat surface. The top of the case also has a slight lip around the edge of the screen so that the glass is protected if you set the phone face-down on a flat surface (which you might be doing since it's a new feature in android 9 - "flip to shhh") Overall the case is good, especially for the price. It doesn't come with a screen protector, but I don't typically use those anyway, so no big deal.

Wireless charge but...
I purchased this case 3 months ago for my Pixel 3 phone. A nice cover but the wireless charge capability is somewhat overstated. I found charging through the case was slower as I expected but was not too bad. Say 40% slower with the case on the phone. The problem is sometimes the charge changes from rapid charge to slow charging. I am using Googles' fast charger for the pixel. If I remove the phone from the case I do not experience the slower charging or the toggling from rapid to slow charging. The toggling appears to be random though. I do like the other features of the case. The case has a secure tactile feel, slim format and scratch resistant finish. I suspect I was expecting too much of the fast wireless charging claim but based on the description I can only offer four stars.

Never had ordered here before, prefer to keep it local, but this is a great buy
This is an excellent case. It fits the phone snug but not so much that it's hard to remove. It looks great, feels great and is easy to hang on to. It may not have the best grip, but works well, the Pixel3 is easy enough to hold as is. So far so good in its protection. I literally have my phone on me all day for work so I probably drop it more than the average person, several drops, no damage. As mentioned, I prefer to keep it local, or US made, but just didn't have $40+ to drop on a case this time. If you're looking for something just as good but less than half the cost, this is a great option.

Had one for five years, buying a second
This case is great, exactly what I look for in a phone case - durable corner protections, good tactile buttons, raised lip to allow face-down placement, thin and light, and no grippy stuff so I can slide it in and out of my pocket easily. I figured at the five year mark, now that it's finally started disintegrating (literally - it's breaking off in chunks), I should buy another. And leave a five-star review!

Practically Perfect
I was concerned with how delicate the Pixel 3 felt in my hand when I got it. I knew I needed a case. But I didn't want something super bulky or that negated the Pixel 3's slim design, and squeeze features. As soon as I popped the Spigen armor on my phone, I knew this was the perfect choice. It feels great in the hand, I don't feel like it's going to slip out anymore, and the phone still feels small in my hand and pocket - a huge plus. It feels really tough, even though it's nice and flexible - I can set my phone down with less care than I would sans case, and feel safe. Finally, I really like the feel of the armor and the design choices on the back. My last phone case was Spigen, and I think I'm a lifetime customer now.

OMG yes I love Spigen
I had to choose between 3 options that Spigen had available for my Pixel 3. This is the middle level. It is the perfect compromise between support and slim fit. I've always had great experience with Spigen products and customer service, I use it for all my devices since my Nexus 6P. I don't plan on dropping my phone to test the durability, but my Note 8 has absolutely no problem even after multiple falls. Note 8 is heavier, so if it survived then the Pixel 3 should have no problem surviving as well. With that said, the biggest thing the case provides for me is the handling. Pixel 3 is small, especially because my alternative device is an note 8. Pixel 3 is really slippery too. I've lost it in my car and couch too much to count because it just slides out of my pocket. This case helps with that. It adds enough bulk to help me have a better grip and feel in my hands, but not so much bulk to let me forget the slim portability of the pixel. It also adds extra grip. The texture allows grip in my pocket and my hand, so I don't have issues slipping out or dropping it (i have dropped it before the case a couple of times, and nearly had a heart attack). The buttons get an upgrade too. I had the hardest time finding the button placement on the pixel since i'm used to the note 8. Even then, it still has such a low profile that I either press too hard and activate "hey google" or it pops out of my hand. The case adds more girth to the buttons, so that I can easily feel for the bump and have no problem clicking it. Best part is the finger print sensor cut out. The back of the pixel is so smooth, and I miss the finger print 90% of the time because the glass indent is so slight. I can't tell if i'm on the glass sensor or glass back. This cut out just slides my finger into the sensor, like a hole-in-one in golf. I was a little worried about the camera cutout. I read a review on here stating that the cutout was too small, so when he took a flash photo, the flash reflects from the inner cutout and messes up the photo. I took multiple flash photos, but have had no issues. I guess that's just quality control problem. I'm so glad i finally got this. Now i'm not afraid to drop my phone facedown or on the back on my marble counter, or anywhere else for that matters. Most of what I wrote here is relevant to users coming from a bigger phone to a smaller phone. This case just makes it so comfortable to hold now, and I'm much more confident using it with just one hand (the ultimate benefit of having a smaller phone).
