Behrens Bwbg7 Galvanized Washboard (Wbg7)

I bought this to hang on my wall in my laundry room. Its perfect for decor actually to small to actually use! Its made well just wish they'd sanded it down! I got a splinter getting it outta the pack

Needed an old fashioned hand-held washboard for hand washable clothes. I found one on Amazon. It arrived very quickly and was exactly as advertised.

Its 15 x 7 x 1.25". Why is it necessary to lie about a product? Its already tiny but then trying to inch in an inch more is ridiculous. Would I buy this again, absolutely not. Will I return it, not for all the trouble doing so, no. The wood is unpainted unfinished like pine that you purchase at home depot or lowes and there are chips and gouges in the workmanship. You can see the tiny silver nails or bradsI I actually was going to use it to scrub spots from shirts, etc. But actually this little thing is more fitting for a wall. Its really cute. A toy. The metal part is 5-1/2x6-3/4 about the size of my hand. And its the type of metal that will rust. Its not aluminum, its painted silver. Its not worth $17.00, maybe 9.99 at best.

Small, but cute and functional. The wood is raw and not stained or coated, so there were some parts that could cause splinters, but nothing that can't be fixed with a little sandpaper. Above the galvanized metal part is the logo "Behrens" burned into the wood in the traditional baseball font. It gives it a little home-y touch, and will look great in my bathroom. Perfect size for washing delicates and fits right in the sink.

Looks really cute in my laundry room. I have it one less star because of the poor craftsmanship in the corner. It’s small, not really the size of a usable washboard

This is amazing for small clothing! Its a very functional decoration in my bathroom. If I spill something on my shirt I can pull this off the wall and cleaning right then and there! Its made very well and too cute!

Yes, it's small but it says the size in the description. I'm using it as decor. I love everything about it. It's not cheaply made at all. I plan on staining it to make it look a bit more rustic but it's just what I was looking for!

Great little washboard, good for camping and travel washing for small items/tshirts etc., as it's small and lightweight. It has a vintage look, which is a bonus, and works as well as the old originals. A bar of laundry soap fits on the tray at the top for convenience. Old school but effective washing. Recommended.

Not what I expected! To small to be much use for anything. Very badly made, the 4 panel pins holding it together are not going to last very long if this item is used for washing clothes. Not value for money.
