Well made cable that seems like it should work for a long time. Connection at both ends is solid and positive so again it should work for long time. Price was very good and delivery fast for the quality cable you get.

I was annoyed at myself for buying a new pair of headphones without realising that the cable was only 0.8m long - useless when the headphone socket is on the back of my pc. This extension cable offered a cheap solution and, even if it didn't work, it only left me a few pence worse off. I didn't need to worry - the cable arrived quickly, fitted firmly into the headphone socket on the pc and into the plug on the headphone cable and worked perfectly from the start. Excellent product at a brilliant price.

At this price I don't expect a lot, so the fact that this works and works well is amazing. When you connect up your 'phones or speakers you may need to give the jacks a little wiggle as there is some movement, but once you've got them in the right place it's all good. This is definitely for home use, there's no way this would be any use on the move (although, why you would need to is a mystery). Gold plating on the jacks looks good and seems to provide a fairly clear sound.This is just over a pound, delivered to your door. Brilliant.

I was worried after reading a handful of 1 star reviews about this product that it wasn't worth the wait in the post, but I took a chance as it was so cheap anyway. I'm glad I took that chance, because it's given me no problems, and works just as I'd expect.It does (as described by some complainers) make a background buzzing noise when the volume (of, in my case, my computer) is right up whilst nothing is playing, but I've had reliable speakers in the past that have done the same thing. If it's that much of a problem, turn your volume down while no audio is playing!It took 8 days to arrive, which felt like forever compared to how fast things usually arrive for me, but it was on the last day of the estimated delivery bracket, so it was more impatience on my part than a fault of the seller!If this product is what you're needing, I'd recommend it.

After trying several headphone extension cables, this is the one that lasted me the longest (over three years, although I persevered with it for almost five). Alas, after it had completely given up the ghost, I decided to look elsewhere for a replacement.Why? Because, as other reviewers have already mentioned, the cable produces a buzzing sound in the background. Also, the general sound quality isn't the cleanest. As I only use this cable for watching films, it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Still, that was enough to put me off buying another one.So, overall, it's pretty robust but that's about it.
