Good for salad dressing, quality is very good and low acidity. AA++ Nice flavor.

This makes a delicious salad dressing, with minced shallot, olive oil and mustard. I was surprised to see the ingredients on the bottle were vinegar and apricot juice

I used to think it didn’t matter that much what type of vinegar you used but if you’re looking for a premium, high quality, extremely tasty vinegar this is the brand for you. It also comes in different flavors and they also sell olive oil.

Great flavor

This is a good product, but it was hard to open. There seemed to be no way to remove the tight seal except by attacking it repeatedly with a small sharp knife. I did not see any perforations like the kind you normally see where you can start at one edge and unzip from there. Once I got the seal off, the cork stopper was not as snug in the bottle as I would have liked.

This is my go-to vinegar for making salad dressings! It's delicious, and the quality is top-notch. This is my favorite flavor, but I also really like their Fig Balsamic vinegar. I've been buying this brand for years for myself and as gifts for others.

It is amazing but expensive, but I can’t make gazpacho without it , red wine vinegar is good but not a true substitute

This is my go to when red wine vinegar is called for.
