get this book with the audio cd for the mantras, I got mine on half.com for cheapbut the mantras are a valuable part and knowing how to pronounce themoops my bad relooked and this actually the cdthe cd is lik a min or 2 for every chakra and how to pronounced with sound effects of each elementits a good tool but i wished they looped the yogi that pronounces these bcyou start to feel it within the 1st 3 chants

I enjoy listening to this in the car and chanting along. Johari chants the bija sounds of the petals on each of the seven major chakras. Admittedly, this is a very specific type of recording, but if this is your thing, I definitely recommend it!

Love the book very much and since I am inclined to Yoga's spiritual side it helps me a lot to understand this concept.

You really need a quiet room for this, Too much activity when I first listened to this but it is a good relaxing sound. I like more background music which wasn't one of it's strong points.

Les morceaux sont courts et chaque début de morceau s'accompagne d'explications orales en anglais sur le chakra ... donc im-po-ssible de diffuser ce CD lors de soins esthétiques ... c'est un anglais avec l'accent indien donc difficile à comprendre de surcroit. Les morceaux sont très courts, proportionnellement, le temps de paroles et plus long que le temps musical. Si vous vouliez des explications en anglais sur les chakras vous avez cette bande son si vous vouliez vous relaxer, même en dehors de la diffusion en cabine, c'est fichu !Je regrette cette achat.

Si tratta di meditazioni guidate in lingua inglese tutte con la stessa base musicale.Avendo ciascun chakra una sua nota di vibrazione mi aspettavo che almeno la musica cambiasse...

I found the cd hard to make out and the sound was terrible. i couldn't use it the person speaking is unclear.

A very comprehensive guide to sounds of chakras, not for everyone but if it something you are into then a great addition to any collection.
