easy to clean, heats well, lightweight, non-stick
I had an old set of teflon-coated non-stick pots and pans that finally started wearing out and the teflon was coming off in our food. So in a pinch, I ordered these with relatively little research. I got so lucky! If you read the product description, there is no mention of a lid coming with the pots so I'm not sure why so many people are up in arms about that. There are many options to buy pots or pans with lids from the same company and it's clear that those ones do have lids. I was able to use the lids from my previous pots with no issue.I have an electric stovetop and these pots heat up so much faster and more evenly than my old ones. They cook very well and are truly non-stick! I use them for everything and even dried/burnt cheese doesn't stick to these pots so cleaning is a breeze. They are also incredibly lightweight but don't feel flimsy. It's nice when you've got a full pot of pasta and are carrying it to the sink to not worry about it tipping or dropping.I love them so much I'm replacing my entire cook set with them. Highly recommend but please, be responsible and thoroughly read the product description before purchasing so you don't feel cheated without a lid.

Use these all the time and love them!
Love these! We cook almost everything from scratch, including various acidic foods (like brown rice, steel cut oatmeal, etc.) that need a higher heat. We've always used stainless steel for these kinds of foods but only Brillo would remove the coating on the bottom of the pan. We've used these several times a day and they look like new. You're not supposed to use high heat with any kind of coated pan (causes bad things to be released in the food), so we start these on medium high and, as soon as the water starts to simmer, we reduce the heat according to whatever we're cooking.. It takes 2 minutes longer for the food to cook, a small price to pay in exchange for having to scrub my old stainless steel pan with Brillo each time we used it. Yes, you can wipe these with a paper towel, but we prefer to wash them. Coated pans don't take sudden temperature changes well, so we don't pre-soak these during the meal. Nothing sticks to them. If you slightly overheat these glass-coated pans so that a film develops over the bottom, a good scouring with Dawn and baking soda and a Scotch Brite Dobie pad can save your pan (no vested interest in either company). Thankfully we had lids from other pans that fit perfectly. So with they made this in a deep 4-quart pan. I'd buy it in a minute.

Best pots/pans I've ever had
I cannot say enough good things about these! I made the switch due to reading up on pfas and Teflon being toxic to humans. These came up in a search for toxic free pans. I've only had these for a short time and I love them. Most non stick/ toxic free pans will be non stick for a few uses and then start to break down. Not these, they are so easy to clean out and I never have to use oil or butter for anything. Even with stickier foods like eggs, nothing sticks. You can literally wipe it out with a cloth after cooking, once it's cool of course. I want the whole set now.

Completes My Cookware
I bought my first GreenPan saucepan at a thrift store several years ago and that was enough to make me a fan. I added a new sauté pan and two frypans to my set a year or so ago. The thrift store saucepan had clearly not been treated well—the interior surface is pitted and hard to clean. So it made me happy to replace that saucepan—and add a smaller one, too—to complete my last set of cookware. They heat evenly and very fast, cook faster on lower heat than any other pan I’ve owned, and are by far the easiest to keep clean.

Great pans
These are really nice pans. I was upset that they didn’t come with lids. But the reviews were good and they were the size I wanted so I ordered them anyways. And I lucked out in that the lids for the pans I was replacing actually fit these new ones. After using these pans for only 3 months, the outside coating is completely ruined. I suspect it went in the dishwasher a few times when my husband was in charge of the kitchen while I was laid up. Luckily the inside of the pans don’t seem to have suffered. They still look nice and are non stick. So.. do I replace them because they look bad or not?

GREENPAN BRAND OUTSTANDING
Amazon delivery and Green Pan brand ceramic pots get 5 stars plus. Cannot rave enough about the Green Pan brand. I had the small sauce pans for a few years and they still look like new even after some unintentional abuse.Today while cutting vegetables for soup, the doorbell rang and my new 5 quart pot arrived earlier than scheduled. What timing. Right now soup is simmering in the new arrival. The glass cover, metal rimmed, handle matching metal pot handles could not be better designed. Green Pan pots are as handsome in appearance as they are durable, practical and (proven in my kitchen) over the top quality. Now waiting for my other order of the large stock pot. I would not hesitate to give these as a wedding shower gift.
