True to size

I am 5'4 and weigh around 110lbs and the small size fits me well. It is a slim fit pants so not much room for layering however a tights or leggings can still be worn underneath. The material is not too soft to the skin but it's not rough either. Decent amount of pockets and looks good. I can't attest to its waterproof claim since I have not used it when snowboarding but it did protect me from rain and sudden splashes.
