I have corneal erosion and use this in the other eye. You don't need lot but especially down south where we live it sure helps dry eye!

Good product for night time dry eyes, been using for years. Downside: these ointments are expensive for the tube volume but if you need your stuck paying the price.

As a dry eyed patient, Systane Lub Eye Nightime Ointment is my go to. It never fails me, but by morning you must wipe away the excess. Great coverage, no smell or any irritation.
