I have been wearing it for 4 days and the improvement is impressive. I have had no chafing or marks after wearing it for 12 hours continuously. It does show at the neckline of some clothing, but who cares? The lighter color is not conspicuous.

Got a grade 2 ac joint separation on Friday. Ordered this and when it arrived sunday was able to get it on my arm with my wife's help for obvious reasons. (No help, adjust before putting it on) easily was able to do chest strap solo. As soon as I tightened the chest strap I felt noticeable relief. I also have my shoulder k taped but literally felt the difference once it was on. To solidify that once removed for my shower today (monday) I felt everything in my shoulder and ac joint! Once this was back on all that subsided. Super happy I chose this one. I measured over my shirt and was on the high end of the biceps and chest measurements but bought according to the size guide and if you work out and have a bigger upper body know this will fit larger then the measurements in the sizing chart

The brace provides the needed support when working to rehab and injuries shoulder. The fit is good if you take aquate measurements. If your measurements are close to a smaller size, I would suggest the smaller size since the unit stretches and good adjustments. It is comfortable if worn on top of at least a t-shirt to prevent chafing. If you still have issue with the chest strap under your arm, sliding a wide wrist sweatband on the strap for a little extra padding. I have not tried it with an ice pack as of yet. It lessen the pain when doing my stretching and strengthing rehab exercises. If I changed anything it would be to make the arm sleeve a little longer so when you tighten the chest strap it would not ride up on the shoulder. All in all a great brace for the price.

The shoulder brace gives good support with stability and mobility. The only issue I am having is underneath the arm pit crease my skin was irritated which caused a skin rash.

This is a perfect fit for me. Very nice brace. Perfect for my torn rotator cuff. Secure. Straps not irritating. Make sure you measure yourself and get the correct size before ordering. I received this overnight.

I purchased this because I have shoulder pain on my right shoulder. I can't sleep on my right side, because of it. Sometimes the pain aches from my shoulder down to my elbow, and down through my fingers. I purchased this hoping for some pain relief. I measured, like the directions told me to. I tried it on right away. I was excited because it did fit me well, but it dug into my armpit. I tried it under a shirt and over a shirt, and still it digs into your armpit. So, unfortunately I had to send it back. I did give it 2 stars, because if it didn't dig into my armpit, this would have been perfect, because it does take the aches away on your hurt shoulder. It's easy to put on and the velcro works well. It looks like it would last a long time, but again I can't get past the rubbing in my armpit. I'll have to keep looking for something similar that could relieve my shoulder pain.

My Fighttech shoulder brace works beautifully. I still have most of my motion using this brace, and it truely supports the part that is injured.

for the most part it's affective. Tight & constricting. But that is kinda what you're looking for with a torn rotator cuff.

Had a shoulder dislocation a week ago and this brace was essential in aiding with the recovery. Especially in the first couple of days after the injury. It keeps the shoulder comfortable and in place and can comfortably worn underneath a shirt. Fightech was also great in providing shoulder tape and a workout band free of charge with the purchase of the brace. They also supplied a few exercise videos to do targeted shoulder exercises with. I highly recommend.

it is fully adjustable to go as loose or as tight as you need and helps to keep your shoulder in the right position for relief from the pain.

The brace has reduced the pain in my shoulder but the Velcro on the body strap detaches frequently.

Got this for good reviews but it does not meet what they claim.. no good quality
