Tastes super sweet and makes your teeth feel gritty like after you throw up. Overall, it worked, and I passed my mouth swab at work!!!! DOES NOT WORK FOR A URINE SCREEN, ONLY MOUTH SWABS!! If you're looking for what will work this is it. I used half of it before I went and swished it around my mouth for 30 sec like it says and then I swallowed it. When I got there, I did the same thing before I went in. Keep in mind I smoked the night before around 7pm maybe a little later. I took my mouth swab around 12 pm the next day and it worked. UPDATE....... Got it again and did the same thing almost to the T, save a few minute details but this product works folks I promise if you do it like it says it will work 100% for you. ALSO NEWS: MOST PLACES ARE CHANGING POLICY TO INDICATE NO LONGER BEING REQUIRED TO TEST FOR MARIJUANA, THE CLASS A SCHEDULED 1 NARCOTIC THATS BEEN STIGMATIZED FOR SO LONG THEY ARE NOW BEGINNING THE LEGALIZATION OF IT ALMOST NATIONALLY. So this isn't a problem we will have to be faced with much longer.

It works!! 10 year smoker plus, just gave it 1 day without smoking prior to my test and used this before I went in. Followed the directions. Passed mouth swab with flying colors. Highly recommend!

Works okay

I looked everywhere for this brand after it helped me pass a swab test. I'm a mmj patient but I still need to work, (we're not all lazy). So I use this because it's nobodys business what meds I use. This works, I smoked on my way to my test. Just gargled with this entire bottle and went in and passed. I keep spare ones with me just in case. Damn swabs are sprung on you quick so I keep it close by. Great product! Update 2020: Been dabing for a few years now and tried this stuff for a job today. I tested positive, so maybe this product is okay for occasional weed smokers. But if you've been dabbing for 2 or more years, you're not passing and drug test for months haha. Fortunately it's mostly legal nowadays and most companies don't care anymore. Good Luck!

Listen people, if I can pass a mouth swab test after using this product, anyone can. Full disclosure I only had ThC in my system but when I tell you I’m a heavy user multiply that assumed usage. I smoke daily, heavily and for the last 25 years every single day. I quit smoking about 15 hours before the test. I did some extra oral care by carefully brushing my cheeks and tongue, I swished peroxide, did listerine, peroxide again and then I used one bottle of Stinger (carefully follow directions, it’s very easy). I took a cheap $8 test that I bought and I passed, so I was brave enough to go to the testing center. When I arrived, I used a second bottle of stinger right before I walked in to test. It lasted for the 30 minutes I needed. The product is really sweet but at the end of the day I don’t give a crap as long as I passed!! If you are an extremely heavy user just buy a second bottle to give yourself the extra reassurance. I’m so glad I did because I got the job! It’s really stupid that in 2025 we are still testing for ThC.

Heavy Smoker of 10+ years every day. Had a new career change and had to get a mouth swab mailed off for the position. I had maybe 3 days total to stop smoking up to the test. I bought 2 bottles and an at home instant swab drug test. One bottle to test a few hours before, I did not swallow as the instructions said but did swish in my mouth a little longer than the time recommended. Passed the at home with flying colors. 15 mins prior to my test and HR interview, I did the same thing in the car again. WORKED! PASSED AND I WAS SO NERVOUS! I was worried with the swab being mailed off it would have some wear off effect or a test to show the Stinger, but we got it and we in for the 6 figure career change! Make sure you brush, floss, clean and over do it to clean anything out of your mouth prior to using the mouthwash!
