Great And no bloating like reqular whey proteins
If you are having any issues with the milk and reqular whey shake mixes, try this one. Been doing 6ozs of cranberry juice with the banana mix isolate and Bam! No issues and taste GREAT... Highly recommend

Good Taste
Drink is very thin and different than anything I have had in the past. I love to sprinkle it on my morning strawberries. I also made ice pops with it.
