I loved this phone the second I got my hands on it. At first I was terrified of purchasing it because of the bad reviews. People said they got cracked phones, malfunctioning ones and even fake ones. But finally, I mustered up the courage and bought it. It came fully functional and authentic, with all but one of the promised things. It came with a replaced battery that is not an apple supplied one. Because of that I’m unable to check the battery health, but I don’t mind. In the long run I think it’s better cuz I'm not stressing myself out over the number getting low. The battery on this XS Max is really good even though it’s not an apple product. It hold up for most of the day and as a slightly heavy user, I only find myself plugging it in to charge in the evening times or when i go to sleep. Moving on, it did come with a few scuff marks on the sides and top of the phone. I didn’t mind this one but because I had already planned to slap this powerhouse directly into a case as soon as I got it. I’m a notorious phone breaker so I had to for my sanity. And because of that, I don’t mind the scuffs for: 1: The description did say the phone could have minor scuff marks that can’t be seen at arms length. and 2: I threw a case on the phone right as i got it so yea. Lastly. The screen was beautiful and untouched by any scratches. It even came with a screen protector preinstalled, thank God. But yea, all in all this was a great buy. 9/10, would definitely recommend <3

6 Months Later update - Still acts like I bought it yesterday. Everything is so smooth, fast, responsive, battery health is still great, and there have been no issues I know of whatsoever. Still have no regrets with this purchase and love this phone! (Original review is below.) First off, I would like to provide my experience with purchasing a used phone. I was very hesitant with this one. But Amazon has a wonderful return policy so I thought, if it isn't what I'm expecting, I can always return it. The things I was very concerned about with previous reviews is if the phone had been wiped correctly to be set up as a new iPhone, if the phone had been previously stolen, if the phone is truly 'unlocked', if the storage space was as I ordered, or if the phone was even a genuine Apple product in the first place! Upon opening it, I did find some light scratching on the front and back glass. Of course, this is to be expected. I'm very happy that there's nothing major at all. The stainless steel band is SPOTLESS. I powered it on, it greeted me with Apple's famous multilingual 'Hello' screen. And THANKFULLY the phone was indeed wiped properly before handed down. I set it up with my Apple ID and went straight to settings. I checked the Serial Number at Apple's website. And was so happy that what I received was a 100% genuine XS Max. I was also very happy to discover that the storage was what I ordered and that yes, the phone is unlocked. I also checked the battery health which is at 98%. Leading me to believe this phone had only been used lightly before. Everything checks out, I am thrilled! Coming from an iPhone 8 Plus, I notice that the phone feels equally as good in my hand. But the smoothness of the stainless steel just adds such a premium feel to it. And have I mentioned the gold is absolutely stunning!? I'm really happy I chose the XS Max over the 11 Pro Max. Mainly because of the rather strange looking new camera design. Being a huge fan of Touch ID, I was very upset about having to switch to Face ID. But honestly, it's actually a lot better than I expected it to be. Its quicker, more secure, and more convenient that your phone just knows that it's you. Now, Performance. This phone excels at pretty much all that I ask it to. Games are faster and smoother than I've ever experienced on a mobile device. (Even the Note 9 I had.) And the new OLED Super Retina Display makes movies, videos, and pictures just incredible. The blacks are SO dark, they blend in perfectly with the outer screen. The camera is unbelievable too. Photos are sharp with detail and the colors are impressive. So overall, my experience of purchasing a used phone couldn't have gone smoother. I am very happy with it! Just make sure you buy from a seller with a bunch of great reviews and you'll most likely get a truthful and legit product like I did.

I bought the phone on October 26, 2024. It looked to be in like new condition so originally I was happy with the purchase. Within a couple weeks it started giving me black screen where the phone was on and working but the screen was black and I couldn't use it at all. I contacted Amazon and they connected me to The Networkstore who said they were willing to give me a PARTIAL REBATE which would not help at all since I would still need a new phone and it's clear to me that this phone was defective before I ever received it. The next morning the phone was back working normally and so (dummy me) I let it go. Long story short, the phone got worse and worse, taking longer to "fix itself" until right after the return date ended in 3 months the phone screen started flashing and going to black screen even worse and by January, the phone was mostly unusable. 3 months. Now it's just completely dead. The Networkstore told me when I first contacted them (when the black screen first happened) that if it continues happening, they would be willing to help (along with the PARTIAL REFUND). After the return date expired and I again contacted them, they told me that they only meant they would help me get the screen working again. I had already tried everything possible. It's clearly a damaged phone not a software problem. The phone is dead and nothing short of a replacement will fix this. I did nothing to damage the phone. It was put in a full case the minute it was unpacked and was never dropped or mistreated in any way. For the most part it just sat on my desk in my office. It's obvious to me that this phone was ready to go out when they sold it. I know buying a refurbished phone is a risk but I think we should be able to assume that any parts that could go bad have been replaced so although it is a used phone, the parts that can go bad have been replaced. This company obviously does not do that and I will never use them again. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this company at all but if you do buy from them and your phone starts acting strange, contact them immediately and demand to return the phone. If you wait, you will lose your chance and will have wasted your money.

Excelente producto. Lo compre como "Condiciones Aceptable" en solo 3500 pesos. No trajo rayones y se ve excelente físicamente. La batería vino al 76% es lo único malo, a mi me dura casi todo el día. Pero igual como trabajo en oficina mientras estoy en la computadora lo pongo a recargar por si acaso. De todas maneras tengo una batería 10000mAH portátil de carga inalambrica y resuelvo los días complicados. Por el precio del equipo y el estado en que se encuentra vale la pena hasta comprar la batería portátil.

El teléfono estaba sin ninguna marca, rayadura ni ningún otro tipo de daño, la batería está al 92%, llego con cable y cubo de carga, excelente opción de compra.

I should have returned this phone after the first issue with it! The battery life was way less than the 80% stated and got worst after every charge in my opinion! So FIRST RED FLAG - the SELLER LIED ABOUT THAT !!! I kept the phone despite this small inconvenience because it seemed to be a good phone. However now NOT even 1 YEAR after buying it, it has gotten so bad that I have to charge it multiple times a day as the battery is toast! The phone has started not fonctioning correctly, doesn’t open apps, doesn’t refresh apps when they do open, can’t call out. Can’t hear people when on the phone (when I can that is), the camera works from time to time. Just GARBAGE!! Contacted the Seller who basically tells me, isn’t there problem as I had 90 days to return! That’s great the phone was working up until NOW so that is NO HELP!!!! Also contacted AMAZON who were ALSO NO HELP, as again apparently not their problem! I need to contact Apple directly, who of course won’t help me because I didn’t buy it from them! So I am now 500$ down as it’s too late to go to my bank and cancel the transaction and with a phone that DOES NOT function so I had to buy a new one !!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER buy a refurbished phone from AMAZON or a 3rd party seller again! And regret buying this way!! STAY CLEAR and go elsewhere if you want good quality and good customer service!

For the price no complaints… I would change battery, go to apple only, soft ware is still great rocking 17.1.1. I’m happy with my purchase, phone looks brand new…. Communication great….. recommend seller…..
