Gives me energy and helps with overall health. ! I feel better after I take this soul. I know it's expensive but worth it. Maybe I can find some coupons! My stiffness has improved. It is definely hard to tell with any vitamins or seeds but as long as I am feeling better- that is enough for me. Thank you kindly for such a good product.

I cut one of each packet at the top and chug it down each morning. Definitely worth the money if you review the ingredients individually and try to purchase them separately, IF you can get them as pure as this company's promise of quality. I had joint / muscle pain and started magnesium capsules. Within an hour I was fine (after months with no improvement with over the counter meds). At that point I stayed online looking into magnesium. Dr.Sircus had a lot to say about it. I can not argue that he is looking out for everyone with simple / effective medical advise , which is safer. On his website he promotes this product. I am 100% going with his opinion of this product. When I Google this product there seems to be a lot of investment advertising. When I'd like to see more in-depth about its ingredients/ production info for this product. I'm taking this product in hopes that it is a purer form of minerals and vitamins and antioxidants than over produced foods/veggies. Although I make a large smoothie with lots of fruits, greens every morning knowing the quality isn't what grandma and grandpa ate. The taste isn't awful but it's better to just chug the ingredients and reap it's benefits. I will update this product later, so far it's an energy booster.

Its our first purchase. I found about it amongst the comment section by one of the reviewers of the black seed oil I bought. My husband and I are using it in AM but mainly him. I use the coffee version mostly. Its OK too. Then on PM we both take the actual black seed oil 1 tsp mixed with a little honey and cinnamon to go with my evening tea of ampalaya and ginger/lemon. Im getting used to the routine. The taste is tolerable with a few seeds that you can taste with it. I shake it then place it in a cup with a bit of water then drink it. Then afterwards I follow it with a drink of water. My own personal observation of it is this: 1. when I take it I have a surge of energy and Im over 60 plus. I can do a lot more things/tasks than when I havent used it yet. The coffee version has the same effect to me although I think once a finish my seed infused coffee I will go all the way with Soul and just drink my usual AM decaf. Im getting ready to order a second box of 30 as I dont want to run out of it. Im also going to purchase the tablet form from Amazing Herb since my husband and travel a lot. I find that the actual black seed oil is the best way to take this so I wont give it up either. It remains to be seen how good this seed concoction is as that takes sometime before one can really conclude how effective it is as a wellness enhancer but I have hope that all the four seed types in this mixture have been well thought out by the manufacturer to work together to fight diseases of aging such as in our generation. But it will be hard to pinpoint if its really working specifically since we decided my husband and I that it will be part of our regiment of taking black seed oil. Time will tell. My other concern about this product however is that its part of some kind of a pyramid business and so Im a little bit dubious of its sustainability and its efficacy factor. But thats just me. Ive seen my fair share of products pushed by folks whose prime purpose is to recruit downlines. But I will continue to buy it for now as long as Amazon carries it at a reasonable price. They sell this item at a higher price at the Rain International, the manufacturer. By the way my husband is an ER MD and I am a retired ER nurse. Black seed may be the best anti-oxidant there is out there.

We love the convenience of having all the nutrients in a compact portion without all the work and mess of juicing. We had an organic juice store but we just moved. I was wondering how we would find a replacement, and that’s how I found Rain. My husband started juicing in January and by April he had lost 25 pounds and his cholesterol dropped nearly 50 points. He wasn’t trying to, it just happened! His doc said whatever he did, keep doing it. We’ve tried Soul, Core, and I like Bend for my joints. They all taste good. It may seem pricey but health is priceless. It’s actually saved us $$ as the shop we went to was about twice as much Rain.

The product - Rain Soul - is great. My husband uses this for his health. It's the way it came to us today that is just maddening. It looked like the package was thrown against a brick wall! First of all - it should have come in a BOX - not a bag. I can't find ANY HELP on Amazon except here in product reviews. I tried the "return/replacement" section - but didn't get anywhere since this product is not available for return - all we want is a replacement box of this product, delivered to us in a BOX. Please - Amazon - help us out!!!

I was having arthritis symptoms and went to an orthopedic doctor who said I was likely to need my knees replaced because of damage to my knee joint, bone spurs, swelling and small particles floating around in my knees. My left leg would sometimes just lock up and I could neither bend or straighten it without rubbing the knee for a while. I was looking for something to help reduce the pain and swelling and this product has done the job. I used to hurt after sleeping and even just when walking to the mailbox but after taking this product 1 per day for two months I am able to walk comfortably and I experience less hip pain after a night's sleep.
