mio Hydrate Lemon Lime Flavored with other natural flavor Liquid Water Enhancer, 1.62 fl oz Bottle

I really love the MIO liquid water enhancer. It’s a daily drink for me.I live in florida and with the heat I just really don’t like coffee much anymore. It’s nice to have a refreshing drink to take its place. If I need a real burst of energy I’ll drink 1 1/2 to two 12oz.Always in the am and usually in the afternoon. I also feel a boost of energy when down on electrolytes I’ll drink down a 12oz of their hydrate Mio. They have a good variety and I have my favorites. They taste great and 0 calories.They look nice too.I have a hard time drinking down these blue and green neon drinks that are on the shelves.Mio looks authentic.Here’s my favs…Oh yeah the price is great when you buy from Amazon, but not too bad at the store either. I’ll never go without

This teacher drinks this daily in my water bottle. Mio gives me the energy boost I need without drinking coffee. I sip on it throughout my day to help me deal with the high school students I teach. Unlike the caffeine in coffee, having this in my water bottle keeps me hydrated.

I love these, order them often. I squirt them in my water after I get done with cardio and feel great.

Good flavor--mango strawberry-ish. Good mix of ingredients. Encourages hydration and gives a mild perky feeling.

Cranberry Blackberry is the best flavor of Mio, in my opinion. Other flavors have kind of a narrow range of concentrations where they taste good. Too little Mio, it tastes too much like plain water with a little flavor. Too much, it tastes like a blast of artificial flavor (the Orange Tangerine is the worst for this IMHO). But this particular flavor has a wide "sweet spot" so you can easily decide how intense of a flavor you want without worrying that it won't taste great, and if you overshoot or undershoot a little, no worries. First world problems, I know. Also tastes great added to other juices like zero-calorie cranberry.
