It worked great, no worries, super fast and simple.
I used it for my Jeep Wrangler, it has a crack on it from a rock and i really needed to fix it. It works amazing, after i used the product you could not tell that there was a crack on the windshield and it was just great, i was not expecting it to work as good as it did i second guessed it at first but then i was really shocked, and the best park about it all was that it was super simple and fast. I also didnt think it wouldve taken the whole crack away usually it takes most of it away but you can still see that the glass was cracked but not with this one everything was complety off and there was absolutely no signs of any scratches which is amazing i thought i was going to have to buy something else to get rid of the last crack but

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING
I applied the product to the crack closely following all the instructions. The crack almost completely disappeared. I cured it with UV light and in the sunlight the following day. Instead of scraping all the excess resin off I left a thin layer of it in one section – about one inch square. It was as hard as glass. I was so impressed by this product that I ordered another one to have it on hand should I need it again in the future. Unfortunately, in a few days the resin on the windshield got soft and cloudy after exposure to rain, and, piece by piece, fell off the windshield. On top of that the entire crack reopened again. I understand that the crack could have reopened because of the tension in the windshield itself, and that's what I would have thought had I not seen how inferior the resin itself was – piece of garbage. On top of that, the cost of sending the second one I ordered back does not make it worth the trouble.

Not perfect but does a pretty decent job
I had a bullet nick with a few small spider cracks along the edges. I followed the directions to T and after initial application, I still had a small crack so I applied the resin directly along the crack and then followed the directions as I had originally done. I was hoping that I'd see nothing but after using the product, I still see a small crack. However, it's still an inexpensive alternative to getting it done professionally. In my case, we're planning on trading in the vehicle in a few months so it worked well enough and should stop the crack from getting bigger. I would recommend this as you might get perfect results and if you don't and you can't live with the windshield as it is, you can always call someone to repair or replace your windshield.

works sometimes....
The first time I used this product it seemed to work well then after a month I noticed the crack started to spread again. The second time I used this it seemed to work but the crack was still very noticeable and started to spread again. I tried it a third time on the same crack that was spreading and the crack seemed to be less visible and no spreading so far. I'm not sure if I'm using this product correctly even tho its has very easy instructions, I did use the product immediately on the cracks. Conclusion I like that there is plenty of product to use over again, very easy and maybe just layer the product more.

Perfectly decent kit and a great value
This kit is pretty similar to almost any other windshield chip repair kit, and it's also identical to many others being sold on Amazon by different companies so it's worth it to shop around. When it comes to DIY windshield repair I feel that past a certain point technique is more important that the kit itself, so be sure to educate yourself before attempting a repair. There's a great video by Chrisfix on YouTube that has helped me a lot, although he uses a syringe kit to repair his chip. And if you're looking for a flawless repair one of those kits may be the way to go. This one however is perfectly fine for simply sealing up small chips and cracks before they get bigger, and can be used multiple times to boot. I myself used this kit to seal three cracks at once. A pretty good deal for $12. Overall a decent product that does its job for cheap. If I had to improve it I would add more plastic sheets, since you'll run out of those before you do resin.

Instructions are vague and hard to follow
This might be a good product, but for me, the instructions were vague and hard to follow. This resulted in a "repair" that didn't work. The chip in my windshield is still visible and the results were less than desired. I probably should have filed an insurance claim instead of trying a DIY fix.

Not a bad product at all
I was skeptical at first that this would work or how difficult it would be. But to my surprise it worked extremely well. The set up was easy and the instructions were well laid out (minus the spelling and grammatical errors). The most difficult part was being able to get to the rock chip in the windshield of my F-150 as it was more toward center of the driver side. Overall, I would recommend and the chip is barely noticeable. I really had to play with the position of the camera to even capture the small tiny center piece that didn't get covered smoothly and I bet with more time and one more application I could have smoothed this section out as well with the resin. However, I was short on time as it took about an hour to do and seeing it's not directly in my line of sight while driving it's a good enough fix for now to save the windshield from cracking any further.

Does not fill crack that well.
I watched three to four videos on youtube showing the use of this tool. I noticed that they all had pretty big chip in their windshield. This made the resin easy to flow into the cracks. I therefore, tried this same tool here. What i noticed was the resin did not want to flow into my cracks that well and the lines of the window shield. If the gap of your crack is small, the resin wont flow in it. This is actually a waste of time. The tools that came with this is insuficient for small chips or crack line. It is only meant for big chip. The resin tool is not powerful enough to push the resin into small cracks. I tried this for 20 minutes and never could get the resin in the crack no matter how tight I screw the plunger down into the crack. Don't buy this if you have small cracks. I don't think it works that great. I wasted 10$ on this.
