item arrived damaged.. when we open some parts of the fridge are broken.

Was not able to receive and unit that was not damaged. After two tries we gave up.

WORST VINOTEMP AND BEVERAGE COOLER I HAVE KNOWN
I had mine working for about 18 months until it stopped working. After $300 USD in repairs, because Vinotemp would not cover any warranty past the first year and five more weeks of working it crashed.

Do Not Buy this unit
I bought TWO of these things from Costco and neither one worked. Luckily I got it from Costco so it was no problem to have it returned. The first one worked for a little over a year before it crashed. The second one (a replacement) never worked at ALL!

Low quality, bad service
Had this cooler for three years until it stopped cooling. Had to pay $140 for a technician to come and tell me that the problem cannot be fixed. That was my first and last Vinotemp.
