Unusable due to faulty bearing.
Based on the condition of the bracket holding the swing arm, with several nicks this may be a refurbished piece. That was only an aesthetic issue. On to the real problem. Item arrived and could not be installed due to the bearing assembly not giving a proper fit over the vertical bar. The fit was so tight that it seized up upon installation. Could not fully fit the assembly together and it is now stuck. The bearing cover fell out of the housing as well. Also, the welds look terrible. I'll be asking for a proper fitting bearing assembly to be sent, or a refund since this is unusable.
