Cost is a bit higher than I would like.Quality and texture worked well in oatmeal.The coconut flavor,I didn’t like but my wife liked.Going healthy, is never easy! Overall great buy.

This is a great blend. I sprinkle it on my morning oatmeal and salad at dinner time. The quality is superb. I am very happy that I found this delicious product.

I have tried several brands of Flaxseed over the years. I take 1 tablespoon each morning and mix it into a cold beverage. Several of the other brands of flaxseed I have used in the past were milled too finely. I like Barlean's Forti-Flax the best because the texture is more coarse, and the taste is richer and nuttier.
