It was a bit stiff out of the box, and slides off the fender easily; after a few uses it stays in place much easier. It keeps the paint from getting scratched (as long as the paint is clean and free of dust, debris, etc. that scrapes when it slides around), oil wipes off of it easily, and is a bit better than using an old towel.

great inexpensive choice, padded. I need to use these on a '47 ford sedan so the fenders are quite wide. I don't want anything that sticks or magnets because that brings along other potential and likely drawbacks I would not like. None of them are perfect but better than nothing.

I've been working on cars for years now without one of this fender covers. My project car finally has a nice paint job, and this does a great job protecting it from scratches when reaching over the fender with tools in hand. It's fairly priced and saved me a trip to the store. I would, however, recommend that you use some masking tape to hold this down depending on the shape of your fender and if you work on cars outside in windy conditions - it has the tendency to slip off if not taped down. Otherwise, it's a good product that does what it needs to do!

They do the intended job and they are very affordable. I wasn’t expecting a high end fender cover. As stated, they are stiff, so I leave them draped over the tool box lid when not in use, if you fold them they will never be flat. The back is slick and they are light so you will definitely want to throw your magnetic bolt pans on top of them. For an in home shop where you don’t use them every day you can definitely make due with them, but they aren’t high end nor perfect. They really are only about three stars in my opinion, but it’s what I expected for the low price. If you want them to be perfect spend more money.

The measurements were correct, but I just thought it would be a little bigger. It is well made, and definitely worth the money. 😀

This fender cover really worked out nice for me. It’s big so it covered a lot of area, especially over the fender. I was able to place tools and screws right on top without them disappearing into the engine bay.

The fender cover is very light weight, so I was skeptical, BUT it works great! The tool pockets come in handy for small tools that like to slide off or into the engine bay. Very happy with the purchase.

The product came on time and the product is exactly as it was described on the image sizing is correct and price was worth it but i assumed it was magnetic sadly it was not now that is probably a buyer error assuming products to be like other brands but considering the price and its function its not a bad deal.
