Great product and absolutely outstanding customer service!!! Ordered it in April of 2025, shipment came in and was damaged by UPS. Some items missing from the shipment because UPS tore the box open during transit. I called and spoke to their customer service, was directed straight to a manager that quickly and without hesitation shipped out the missing items via Next Day Air just to make sure we completed our project on time. I definitely recommend this seller, they went above and beyond for me and the customer service is stellar!!!

These guys are great. The kit worked really well to swap my manual-crank jack to hydraulic. Included most of the parts I needed (just mounting bolts for pump and jack, which makes sense). The hydraulic lines were 10 feet long - much too long for my application - but I easily had a local shop shorted them for about $20. After install one of the directions worked intermittently. Called Primary and got a live person within a minute to help troubleshoot. Took a few phone calls and various steps, but they stuck with me till we found the problem - a cut wire on the controller (not their fault). The mailed a new controller same day. Tech support was awesome! You definitely need SOME technical ability to do this, but if the setup in the pics doesn't look too difficult you'll be fine.
