Wowed by the effectiveness of this product. I am a massage therapist and have practiced fire cupping in the past and received it with good results. However, I had never used the plastic or silicon suction cups before and did not know if they would be as effective. I bought both and tried them on my husband and he tried them on me. I had a terrible backache and it was mostly relieved by gliding the silicone cups but there was a stubborn area that continued to spasm. I placed the hard plastic cup over the area and using the extension tube suctioned myself and left it on 10 minutes. It stopped the spasms within minutes. I had some residual pain when I went to bed but woke up with absolutely no back pain. I am a long time insomniac and was pleasantly surprised to find I slept like a rock and my husband did too when cupping right before going to bed. Hoorah! Love this product and I can cup my own back now. The articles are true that it helps with sleep done right before going to bed. Time will tell whether the cups last long term, but as of now would highly recommend this product. However the seller lied about it coming with English directions. It does not. Go to YouTube for instructional videos. It is easy to use. I bought the largest set, 30. I bought it because it has more sizes and am glad I did. Even the large ones work. I placed them on the larger muscles (glutes) and psi joints and my pelvis felt much looser afterwards. Great product!

I love this set! Plenty of cups to do a full routine from base of the spine up to the neck and shoulders. With a variety of sizes for just about every placement need. The whole kit is lightweight without feeling cheap. I don’t love the case personally but it gets the job done. I would personally like a sturdier box so when it gets tipped over (kids, dogs, patients...) the smaller cups don’t come out of place when closed. It doesn’t come with curved lip cups for smaller rounded areas like the neck and knee which I have seen in other kits so I am looking to buy a few elsewhere. Otherwise, a sound kit for the price. I would both recommend and buy again.

I have more than one set of these. They are used almost daily. I have not had any issues with the quality or ease of use of this cupping set. If you're thinking about buying a cupping set that you want to last then this is it. I have bought cheaper cupping sets for travel or spares but they are nowhere near the quality or have the longevity of this set. Most of the cheaper ones break/crack or lose suction for whatever reason. If you are serious about cupping then just go ahead and invest in these. You will not be disappointed. The only con I have with this set is that the points are not magnetic but you can add magnets. You would just have to mark the polarity. Not everyone would use magnetic points so this is not even a huge issue.

Great cupping set! The case is seriously lacking in craftsmanship though...it falls apart at the back seem because it is only held by a thin veil of plastic, and it doesn't close down around the sides. The cup mounts are smaller than their intended cups, so they don't stay in place in transport. Because the case doesn't fold down around the sides, the loose cups fall out as you're carrying them to your clients (try that in a fancy hotel while also dragging your 50lb table bag through a lobby full of potential clients...NOT FUN!!). You will need to procure a different one very soon. That being said, I would probably still purchase this set again due to the quality of the cups, pump, and price.

This set has helped me find relief from sciatic and shoulder pain. This was the same set my PT used, and I've been using it for a few years now. It's easy to use, I can work on myself because of the tube and pump. I've tried it out on many friends who have gotten their own set... Worth every penny! Use with coconut oil or arnica oil so it doesn't pull your skin. You can glide the cups across the needed area as well, but this can feel more intense so use less suction pressure.

The is a Excellent, Cupping set, High Quality, and Work Very well, the Magnets also work well in the cups. I have used this since receiving it. I have since receiving and using this Cupping set, to take care of Neck, Back, Arm, Shoulders, Pain. I have since Started Sleeping Grounded on a Earthing sheet, this has by far Eliminated all my pain everywhere in my body, and the best thing is it works while I sleep, and helps me sleep very VERY deeply, for a great nights sleep. I have Not Needed to use the Cupping set since I have started sleeping Grounded. I don't have any Pain at all. I work out much harder Now and still No pain since Earthing. Good Luck to everyone

Okay so most of us saw Michael Phelps with cupping done to his shoulder at this year's 2016 Olympics. Well my wife and I have been doing the wet cupping for almost a year now. She has been on me for several months to by a set like this. This is not the set that Michael used, but it is a larger set. It came direct from Korea via DHL and priority USPS. I received it in less time then I thought. There are minimal directions that say to use from 1 to 5 mins. That is the first time that I have heard such a short time, but then it says to do it everyday for a month, and then it started to make since. These are extremely well made, and look like the other ones Phelps used not that would have made a difference because I'm all about getting the best bag for my buck. These work and they work well. With the traditional hot cupping it takes time to pull up the skin inside the cup which may be better, but these are fast to use. Now when I go visit Taipei, I will be getting the hot cupping because I am in love. I hurt all the time due to an old injuries, and where we live there is not a reliable masseuse. After two uses, I can tell that they are going to work. I am going to do the 5 mins a day for one month, but I sure do want to do them longer. I can feel them grabbing the knots inside my muscle and the muscle releasing.

Overall the product is very good. Easy to use and great quality. Just one thing that would help if the manufacturer would enclose an English version of instructions for use. Not everyone can read Korean ☺️
